I think this is a generally good company: the products are good as is the communication over these products. They send them out quickly. What I haven't been so impressed by is their handling of returns/refunds which could be much more customer-friendly. I was aware that the two items I bought were the last of their kind in stock. When I returned them (receipt confirmed by tracking info) they were immediately relisted confirming that my return had been inspected and was clearly deemed acceptable for resale and yet the refund was not processed with the same speed and conviction; I'm still waitin

Great product selection of items not typically available in the UK, dispatched quickly, accepted and refunded a return immediately with no trouble. Flawless experience.
The Sundowner hat is really an absolutely great hat, so comfortable and light. I would recommend that you get the size lager than your measurement. I measured 59cm but it was a little tight, so staff at Bushgear exchanged it for the size up, 61cm NO PROBLEM and that fitted absolutely perfect.
The staff at Bushgear are the Very Best and so helpful. I RECOMMEND
