Ordered a "Milwaukee Pallet" and never recievd a tracking number as promised, never recieved pallet at all, i used Zelle to pay, ****** *****
Absolutely horrible business! Didn't recieve half of what I paid for and when pictures, invoice numbers and SERVEAL complaints where made, nothing was done. Then, I was charged and paid for ltl shipping with a liftgate which was extremely expensive, they sent it fed ex, a lot cheaper, 1 month later. When you call, you speak to the same person every time who just reads off Q cards and is very impersonalable. There is no customer care and they will de-fraud you any chance they get. I will never advocate for this business nor return and frankly, they should be shut down. You can't even leave a **

www.directliquidationpallet.com They claim to sell pallets of merchandise, also false reviews of service/products. I purchased a "lot" of shoes. Email received said I have to message on website page with the order number. At that point they asked me to pay *****, which I don't have. They then asked about PayPal. Then asked to only be sent friends and family to further expedite the process. From that point I was told I'd receive tracking within 24 hours. A few days pass by and no one have replied to my emails or messages with any updates. Nothing. I then searched the site for other contact info…

They sent some tracking (WPC15851CARGO) information which takes you to they status of your item. However it never changes. It was suppose to be delivered Jan 26, ****. Instead I got an email asking for $375 for insurance. Supposedly $350 is refunable but the payment options are Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay. With in the email it tells you not contact them. Total scam.
Yesterday on November 30, **** I placed an order on their website for a $250 liquidation box with free shipping. I chose ***** as my method of payment and I was told to contact them through the online chat. I contacted them, and they sent instructions on how to send them the money. I completed that part, I sent them proof of payment. Once everything was received by them, they stated that there is a $500 minimum and that I needed to buy more. There is nowhere on the website that states this, and they let me complete the transaction without actually purchasing $500 worth of items. With that, I a…
