Absolutely ridiculous!! They took our pallets 6 months ago and won't pay for them. I was told 4-6 weeks to expect payment. They don't return calls. Horrible experience. Took 4 loads in March. It's been 6 months and they have paid for 2 of the 4 loads only. Message box is full and won't except messages. They rarely answer phone. The salesman, the finance guy, and the owner all say they will look into and get back to you, but never do.
Do not do business with this company. They do not pay their bills, and refuse to respond to calls and emails. Reuben M promised to send a check out and has not yet done so. Their accounting (Jean G) dept just defers all calls to Reuben. CEM Supply needs a payment for an invoice from 02/05/24 (Balance due is now $3,819.90) - Reuben M and Jean G are not responding to our calls or emails to get this taken care of - We will be reporting Discount Pallet to the Better Business Bureau and will also be giving bad reviews on your web site today. The owners Todd S and Scott M signed an agreement to pay
