Do not use this company. I hired Bo Patrick, who owns the company, to liquidate a large collection of antiques and vintage watches. I discovered a large number of my items in sales he was holding for other clients. He admitted his mistakes but refused to pay me for the majority of these items. I never received a complete accounting. DO NOT USE

My husband and I have had several business transactions with Bo Patrick-Fidelity Estate Services and have been extremely pleased with his work and professionalism. After the first appointment, 5 stars but by the end 1 star. This was my experience: Seller Beware. What should have been a huge success was a giant failure, at least for us and I will have to bear that burden on behalf of four estates the rest of my life.
Lesson 1 we were told Fidelity Estate's clients would pay more than spot for silver and gold coins and bars; for the most part that is NOT the case and then you have to pay the commission. I advise going to your local Gold and Silver exchange; a lot less commission and you'll get spot price.
