Absolute rubbish
Bought 2 sets of 2 so four in total muffins tins picture was for deep ones
They were dispatched 2 weeks later and when they arrived they are shallow tins and only received 3 emailed twice phoned twice left messages but not a call back or email pretty poor customer service to be honest then has the audacity to ask for a review absolute jokes don’t buy from this company as it looks like I am not getting my money back or my missing tin😡
Received my mystery box today it was £34.99 .there was 15 products none were suitable for myself . I tried to return but mystery boxes are not returnable,
I will email to ask for the 14 day online right to return. I’m disappointed as l have bought before and got three or four great products. On the upside l also bought 2 cocktail sets which were good
So disappointed with the delivery. Saying it has been delivered but unfortunately hasn't l am housebound so at home all day
Fast, efficient service
I have to admit when I placed my order for 2 mystery boxes (one baby and one hair) I was dubious to say the least! Dispatch seemed to be taking a while and I was even more convinced I’d made a mistake - despite the company emailing me to let me know there was a small delay due to Royal Mail! When my boxes arrived I was fully expecting a load of rubbish, but wow!!!!!! I was blown away by the quantity and quality of the items, especially the baby one! I haven’t stopped telling people about it!
I’m not usually one for leaving reviews, but credit where credit is due - and note to self; not all on
First time user and disappointed. Cheap bits and bobs like make up sponges and sachet face masks. I’ll use them as gifts for younger teens who will love to have something like this. One hair produce looks good and I will try but otherwise not hugely impressed for £34 (postage added). Go to TK Maxx instead and spend £30 on stuff you actually want. I know it’s a lottery and a gamble but the adverts are misleading.
