First experience with this store after it popping up on a Facebook ad.

I ordered three specific items along with a baby and toddler mystery box.

All items arrived. Delivery timing was decent.

I was apprehensive about the mystery box as reviews have been mixed but was pleasantly surprised. The value of what you get for the price of the box vs what some of the items are still selling for online is incredible. You also get a higher value in the box than if you were to buy the items individually on the liquidation website so a win either way!!

Overall happy with my purchases and will return to make future purchases.!!

Absolute rubbish sent. An actual joke of a company. Sent a fork, an actual fork, two cat collars. It was laughable the Poundland crap that arrived in a box. Advertising shows decent house and kitchen tech. Absolutely nothing like that. Do not waste your money or time.
Customer service extremely poor.

Order arrived but had items missing. Emailed/phoned and even messaged on Instagram straight away to try get it resolved asap (it was a gift so I needed it sorting fast) but every form of communication has been ignored and I’m just left out of pocket for an item I haven’t received.
Terrible customer service. Would never order again.

I have bought the beauty mystery box on several occasions, tons of great beauty finds for a massive 70% or more off RRP. Most of the fun is finding out what you have when you open the box! Everything is brand new and great quality. When I did experience an issue the customer service was outstanding. Great for my bank balance and the planet, buying from here prevents perfectly usable products going into landfill. Win/win.

Absolutely devastating 🥹 I read so many amazing reviews I saved up and had high hopes. I received a load of junk I would not have paid £5 for! Amazon Liquidation box needs to be liquidated seriously. Left it all outside the local charity shop in the hope they get a few quid for it

Absolutely love my mystery baby and mum to be box! I ordered in July and it never arrived, after contacting the company they were brilliant and sent me another straight away as the first one has been lost by royal mail. The contents are perfect and not one item won't be used. Absolute value for money . Will definitely buy from this company again.

Ordered via liquidation store took seven days to post when eventually arrived. All I received to me was poor value. I ordered an Amazon reseller box for 29.99 this was full of junk sort of thing that you’ll be chucking out. The Home mystery Box 2999 I’ve got four items probably worth eight quid the last one was the beauty box at 4999 probably get no more than 20 quid for it. Stay clear if you are a reseller.

I love dealing with The Liquidation Store. Each order is like a mini Christmas! orders are well packed and speedly dispatched, and looking though the pages is like being a kid with a mail order catalouge. You never know what th next page will bring! I've bought high end skin care, for less than supermarket own brands, the same with candles and home fragrances.

I got my first mystery box yesterday and I'm generally happy with it. Most of the products are very good, however, Petra cleanser is definitely old and I have to bin it as it smell very bad... I think the blue mascara is also out of date as it is quite dry. I'm a bit disappointed because I was very excited to try them when I saw them in the box.

My v1 perfume was not what you publicise it lasted all of 2 mins when I complained, yous would accept it back if there had only been 2 sprays out of bottle fair enough sent a pic in then told to return it at my cost and it had to be packed perfectly???? Why should I have to pay for postage when I paid postage to have it delivered, as a customer you could of resolved this by offering at least an alternative perfume not a happy bunny
