110 reviews, 1.6 out of 5 on average. None of them comes from a Closo order yet — Closo counts only reviews from a purchase it can see.
The registry records MAC.BID at 800 Vista Park Dr, Pittsburgh, PA — the address on the company's public footprint. Shipping terms are agreed with the supplier; Closo does not quote them here.
Every supplier is scored from 0 to 100 on facts we can check ourselves — not on what the company says about itself. The same checks run for everyone, the method is published in full, and no supplier can pay to change a score.
Google Maps lists it as: Wholesaler, Liquidator, Discount store.

Bought a dehumidifier item listed as like new. Had broken parts on it. Fortunately I bought the assurance but should definitely not have been listed as like new. Quite disappointed and buyer beware!
They list items and only show picture of new item and maybe a box it came in. I have been burnt by them for the last time. I have been buying since inception and the quality has definitely gone down. The last 3 items I bought should have been thrown in dumpster. They do zero inspection. The last item was an Insinkerator air switch. The switch was obviously removed from someone's home as the button was totally destroyed and corroded. They would not take back even though it obviously was worthless. They list everything AS IS so one has no recourse for the junk they sell.
I live down the street from Schertz,Tx location. My only suggestion is that you go inspect items before bidding on anything with a high price and do not go by the AI pictures or the Open Box pictures on the listing. It says that in fine print and i didn't see it. I would say 90% of the items that i have purchased were as advertised but a few were missing parts and picture showed all parts and an open box looked good in the pic but the item was a return filled with a great value bag and broken parts.
Don't!! Just don't. They charge a ridiculous amount of extra "fees" and try to trap you into paying more fees and will charge your card for no real reason. If you're thinking about even trying 1 item, just don't. Not worth it.
This bidding site have many items that are damage, non functional or have missing parts. Most of the items you are bidding are returned items because they have problems. Sometimes you are bidding on items that are listed in multiple pieces but turn out to be just one piece. I will completely stop from bidding at MacBid and highly recommend to anyone not to buy items here.
Items look good in box but if you purchase it and take it home and take it out, 50% have been missing parts that make them unusable. Even if you inspect it before bidding, they are missing parts. You have to buy a costly monthly membership to return 1 item per
month or pay extra for the privilege of returning each item. I paid for
membership for a while and still returned 50%. After losing $130 on 2 items this week, I am done.
