I am disabled and had a bunch of things ready for pick-up, however that same week I got ill and was literally hospitalized for 5 days! i contacted them by email and requested a manager to contact me back and no one did. i then asked if they could change the pick-up dates because i was not going to make the pick up times. time passed with them only telling me someone would get back to me and they refused to change the pick up times and instead charged me massive insane restocking and cancellation fees. mind you. the items were never booked or paid for so therefore these items were neve

Today I picked up a “cat window perch” purchase…. The box contained “2 Gasoline Container Tubes”. This is due to the employees not opening the box prior to posting it on Nellis. On the same pickup I won what was picture as a rectangular multicolored Jute rug, I received a round natural bleached Jute rug.

On this day I had to pick up of several items. Fortunately I opened a couple before I left and found out they were the wrong items. The description of what I paid for did not match what was in the box. At least I didn't have to make a return trip. I was also picking up an order for another person. After 15 minutes I asked if someone could check on it and was told they were busy. 5 minutes later I flagged down a person and ask them if they could help me. This gentleman was very helpful. Ive gotten a lot of stuff on here some good, some bad & some really bad. You just kind of take a chance that all the pieces will be there & nothing is broken.Even with their 5 star system, 5 stars is sapposed to mean that the item is next to new & as close to retail as u can get, 4 means its been used and so on. You cant trust it, I only bid on 5star items & have had many missing important parts like a love seat thats missing the arms & eyelashs that are missing all but 3. Why would that even get listed instead of thrown in the trash? So yeah you can get lucky, you got about a 50/50 chance. Ki
