60 reviews, 2.3 out of 5 on average. None of them comes from a Closo order yet — Closo counts only reviews from a purchase it can see.
The registry records Not Another Wholesale at Deal St, Halifax — the address on the company's public footprint. Shipping terms are agreed with the supplier; Closo does not quote them here.
Every supplier is scored from 0 to 100 on facts we can check ourselves — not on what the company says about itself. The same checks run for everyone, the method is published in full, and no supplier can pay to change a score.
Ratings are quoted from Google and the Better Business Bureau as the registry found them on the dates shown. Closo does not add them to its own score; the score counts only facts it checks itself.

awful wholesale they sent defective and broken items when i asked for As or Bs and then when i emailed them they never replied, genuinely a scam website and fraudulent I'm going to take this further
This company scammed my 11yr old son who spent money he had saved up to buy clothes to resell. Very poor quality with stains and holes. The photos of the clothes on the website do not reflect the clothes that are actually received.Very deceptive of the company to do that. AVOID !!!!
I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I bought a 45kg vintage mixed category bale advertised as A/B grade for £380, only to find out two days later that another company sells the same type of bale for £300.
On top of that, most of the items were not even vintage — many were modern pieces that are much harder to sell. Around 50% of the clothes had stains that did not come out after washing, and many items had broken zippers. The bale also arrived with torn packaging, and several of the clothes were damaged or ripped.
This quality is nowhere near what I would expect from A/B grade clothing.
Don’t see what all the fuss is about - I received a reseller box and was very good. Not one piece had a tear, only one had a slight mark which is removable. However , the reason that im not giving 5 stars is the profit margin isnt as described and is a little less. Will be back though🫡
I really don’t understand the bad reviews! I’ve had a few orders and they’ve been good! This time I bought the branded rugby polos and they’re soo good! Literally sold within couple of weeks, would definitely recommend these! Cheers
I ordered a 30-piece Grade A/B reseller box, but only 21 items arrived, and over half were in unacceptable condition — stained, with holes, or broken zips. This was completely inconsistent with a Grade A/B description. Only one or two pieces were actually wearable.
Communication throughout has been extremely poor. I regularly waited days for a response. When they eventually replied, they offered a refund for just five items, which I declined given the overall condition of the order and the fact that nearly the entire box was unsellable.
After further delays, I was told they believed the wron
