What the registry holds about the goods. Facts it can check — address, domain, payment methods — feed the score.
Every supplier is scored from 0 to 100 on facts we can check ourselves — not on what the company says about itself. The same checks run for everyone, the method is published in full, and no supplier can pay to change a score.
Ratings are quoted from Google and the Better Business Bureau as the registry found them on the dates shown. Closo does not add them to its own score; the score counts only facts it checks itself.

If youre considering buying a pallet from this company, I would strongly suggest thinking twice. I understand that these pallets are made up of returns and miscellaneous items, but everything we received was completely unusable. Not a single item wasnt broken, damaged, or missing parts.Once we removed the wrapping and went through the boxes, we saw labels indicating items were broken, dirty, or incompletebut thats not visible when everything is tightly wrapped and presented like new. Its very misleading.I dont expect perfection with returned goods, but I do expect at least some usable items. S
