Company sell i would say overpriced clothes. Can't really earn any money. Ordered designer goods for £11 each item. Trying to earn some money back but know will loose. Not much return selling on vinted or ebay.

I just rang Topdown Trading today (0208 804 8818) and spoke to a lady who sounded Eastern European. Before placing an order, I asked if it was possible to pay on delivery because I'd read quite a few negative reviews online about orders not being delivered. She said that's not how they operate, which I understand, but then she laughed and said if I wasn't happy, I should look for another company.
I then asked if, if I placed an order, it would definitely be delivered. Instead of reassuring a potential customer, she got upset and told me to find another company. I also mentioned that I'd proba

I placed my order on July 6 and paid a significant amount of money. By July 10, I still hadn't received any updates or shipping confirmation, so I sent an email. No one replied.
On July 15, after waiting several more days without any response, I called customer service. I was told that my order would be shipped. However, by July 17, there were still no updates, no tracking information, and no communication whatsoever.
Today I called again and was told that someone from the company would call me back. Once again, no one called, and my emails continue to be ignored.

Terrible communication!!!! Very upset with this company, upon good reviews & word of mouth we jumped out & purchased a pallet of M&S stock. After over 2 weeks of being told delivery would be on a certain days, the days rolled around, still nothing. I was told each time it would be on a specific day & it never happened. I was told we are moving, it will be shipped. In the end I asked for a refund after nearly getting to the 3 week mark with no idea of when/if it would ever arrive. I am happy to say that this issue has now been fully resolved. The company addressed my concerns and reached a satisfactory solution.
I appreciate the efforts made to correct the situation and the professionalism shown throughout the resolution process. Because of this positive outcome, I have updated my review and rating accordingly.
I had an absolutely tragic experience, I bought it for the first time and I couldn't even imagine that instead of clothes you could get only tragic antiques, no one bought them even for 0.20 cents.
