I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The business's advertising and representations did not match what I actually received. Important details were either omitted or presented in a way that I found misleading, which made me feel like I was not given the full picture before making my purchase.When I reached out to address my concerns, I did not feel that they made a genuine effort to resolve the issue. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and that customer satisfaction was not a priority.

4/21/24 Was When I was charged $153 from my debit card after them taking out $353 out of another debit card then saying payment never went thru but it did and never received my stuff. This is a scam business and hopefully they get closed down. I have filed a civil lawsuit against them for the money they took from me and emotional damage for the attitude and from them stealing from me. As Always, when a customer fails to pay his invoice his authorization deposit is used. In this case customer left to go get money and did not come back therefore, his authorization deposit was charged. This was done AFTER he failed to come back in and pay.
