They have no customer service, they may or may not get back to you. Their warehouse has rats, that yes, crawl into the food pallets they leave on ground level. Their business is constantly getting reports of scams. I'm almost 100% they're just a scam business.
I ordered 2 boxes on December 20, 2025. They were suppose to be delivered and the 30th of December. When they didn’t arrive by January 2, I called, 5 times to be exact. No call back after leaving numerous messages. Finally, someone answered and said “sorry, we forgot to ship those out, we will get them out on Monday or Tuesday”. This was Friday!! OK…The next Saturday, I got 1 box delivered. And they said the delivery was complete. But I ordered 2 boxes. I paid $99 per box, a total of $198. I only received 1 box and they said my order is complete. And now, they will not respond. To emails or ph
DO NOT GO TO THEIR WAREHOUSE!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! My father and I stopped here to pick up a package and we saw a rat run along! A employee states that the warehouse is infested and they get into the food pallets all the time! ITS GROSS!!!
Do NOT trust this company. This is a full on scam in every sense of the word. I ordered a dryer from this company over a month ago and it never showed up to my home. I was sent a “preparing shipment” notification along with a date it was expected to get here. I waited two weeks after the said shipment date before I tried to make contact, because I know delays happen. My issue is that I have now tried to contact this company through several emails and countless phone calls/voicemails with my name and order number (as directed on their ‘contact us’ page) and I haven’t gotten a SINGLE response. Box flipz owner, ***** *****, owe's my company over $77,000 in unpaid freight charges! The agent he screwed over, has an autistic kid and is being deducted weekly for all of this guys freight! The guy is about to lose his house and car because of all of these deductions and ***** still refuses to pay, knowing the situation he has him in, while he is raking in money, hand over fist! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! IF YOU ARE IN LOGISTICS, DO NOT DO IT!!! DO NOT SHIP FOR THIS GUY!!
Warning!! DO NOT ORDER from this company!! I ordered a Amazon coffin box and what I got was a box full of used/broken items. After sorting out the items that were used/broken i would be lucky to get $100 of my money back. This box was $250. It's pretty sad when u get a used planner, a car vacuum that has dirt in the bin, broken dishes and items missing parts. Please do not order from them.

Purchased an Amazon mystery box from their website and was billed $267. A shipping label was created and I got an email that the order was shipped, but the tracking said the package was never received by *** (tracking 1ZR5D1290313734148). I have emailed them three times and there has been ZERO response. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.
This company is now selling goods under a different company named pallets liquidation center on ********* I purchased a pallet and never received goods and was then blocked from messaging
on 4/22/2024 I purchased a box of items (liquidation) and read shipped with in 2 to 4 business days I requested approx 4/26/2024 requsting a date of shipping. No reply I called the afternoon of 4/26/2024 requsting a refund no response. as of 4/30/2024 no response and still hasn't shipped. I called the morning of 4/30/2024 no answer left a message informing I was going to try to recoup my money. There has been no response no communication NOTHING I paid ****** and feel they stole my money if nothing is done in this fashion I will file a lawsuit.
We have bought a truckload of merchandise from this company through the owner named Ricky S***** he sent an invoice for a LPN HPC load for 48 pallets which costed $27,500. After Ricky received payment for the truckload excuses kept piling up on why he couldn’t ship. This was going on for 3-4 weeks until finally a truck shows up today full of garbage from his warehouse. We returned the truck load because the freight company we use filed a claim against him for shipping wrong merchandise and not the complete 48 pallets stated on the bill of landing.
