What the registry holds about the goods. Facts it can check — address, domain, payment methods — feed the score.
Every supplier is scored from 0 to 100 on facts we can check ourselves — not on what the company says about itself. The same checks run for everyone, the method is published in full, and no supplier can pay to change a score.
Ratings are quoted from Google and the Better Business Bureau as the registry found them on the dates shown. Closo does not add them to its own score; the score counts only facts it checks itself.

Very disappointing experience with Copart and Ride Safely
I purchased a motorcycle through a Copart broker and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the bike compared with what was visible and reasonably expected from the listing.
There were several visible issues that were not properly described, including a loose exhaust that was held by only one bolt, missing hardware/O2 sensor connections, loose fairing components, loose passenger foot pegs, and clear signs that parts had been removed, replaced, or swapped. These are not minor cosmetic issues—they are important condition deta
Thanks again I'm a long time customer buying cars from your site for 20 years. Ive never had any problems what so ever.
What I have experience is RideSafely.com is a reliable and they serve you better
The process of my purchase was very great, the integrity of the business what matters this the difference. I had bought the unit on the buy it now option but it was just short of the car going on auction, I was promptly notified and asked if wanted to continue to use my purchase amount and if more Less they would use my purchase amount as my current bid. Long story short the unit sold for less than I was buying it for to start I was refunded the difference of my purchase. Now if you don't want do business with a company with such high credibility, I don't know what you're doing. Thank you Ride
My experience with RideSafely was extremely disappointing. After I canceled my purchase, they kept my $600 deposit and did not refund it. Even after the cancellation, I continued receiving emails demanding payment and threatening $100-per-day late fees. The process was confusing, customer service did not resolve my concerns, and I felt treated unfairly. I expected clear communication and a fair resolution, but instead I was left frustrated and out $600 Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone considering using their service to carefully read all terms and cond

I purchased a vehicle through the online auction under the third-party business name RideSafely.com. I have completed all required payments in full; however, I have not received the vehicle title. The company stated that the title was sent via ***** and provided a tracking number, but I never received the package or title. Now they are offering to send a duplicate title and are requesting an additional $206 from me, which I believe is unfair since I did not receive the original shipment.I am requesting that the title be reissued without any additional charges from me, as the shipping was arrang…

Purchased auto from this business. In the auction posting it was listed "runs and drives"Upon arrival the battery was dead. I asked if I could start it and drive. Was told that was not allowed on the yard.I drove 7hrs back home and only to find the car would not engage for travel. I feel this is wrong and I have been taken advantage of as well as lied to.A call and several emails to the vender have yielded negative results. I reported this concern within 15hrs of taking it home.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO SOULS. YOU CANT EVEN GET A CALL BACK FROM A MANAGER, and if they do call back all they do is lie and feed you full of bull s*** I have left him MULTIPLE MESSAGES, and nothing but crickets. I immediately talked to someone and informed them of the situation. all i wanted is for them not to keep my $600 for a relist fee, AND PUT IT TOWARDS A PURCHASE IN ******** .or at least not TAKE all of the deposit, and they refuse to help or even talk to me about it. On July 7, 2025, I purchased a 2011 ******* Equus through RideSafely for a total of $3,514.00, including auction and transportation fees. The vehicle was listed under the Run and Drive filter and included multiple photos and an engine-running video.Based on this presentation, I reasonably expected a car that could be driven upon delivery with only minor tune-ups.However, upon delivery:The vehicle required a new battery and diagnostics ($300) just to ******** was undrivable at normal road speed due to a collapsed suspension system, with the car body resting on the tires.A ******* dealership con…
I made a couple current past purchases made my payments on time and paid all invoices, I did have horrible experiences with both my transportation deliveries. Today 7/25/2025 I made a $600 deposit onto my account which in return gives me $6000 in bidding power towards the auction, I did not win my bids today and was hoping that Monday's auction would be better, I attempted to log into my account and it had been suspended with no word or any notice according to there policy as long as my account is current with no outstanding balance owed and have money deposited it should not have been suspend…
On July 8th, I purchased a vehicle through Ridesafely and signed the necessary documents including Bill ** Sale. Over the following days, I followed up multiple timeson July 9th, July 11th, and July 15thto ensure the process was progressing. On July 15th, I scheduled an appointment with the *** and presented the Bill of Sale documents provided by Ridesafely. However, the *** informed me that they could not process the documents because they were not signed in wet ink, rendering them invalid for the transfer of title. I immediately contacted Ridesafely to request that the Bill of Sale be re-sig…
