So this is about the Cincinnati Ohio and 1 location in Northern Ky...it's in Florence KY. These stores are all owned by the same Owners. You do not want to sell to them, they are raping people on their buys. They claim to pay you a certain percentage of what they are going to sell for, but that's not true.... It's like you walked into their stores and your a yard sale .....1.50 for a leather Zara purse....new full size Bath & Bodyworks body cream....they paid 1.60 for that....... it's ghetto.....

if you look for designer items, you have to scroll through over one thousand pages of Michael Kors, Kate Spade or Coach stuffs. I guess that's their idea of design luxury
I will make sure to never buy from the Ontario, Ohio location. I bought a pair of flats in size 10, which are beautiful, but way too big for me. Sent them an email requesting an exchange for a size 9, and after 3 emails they still have not responded once.
Their non-response speaks volumes about their customer service skills. Never again.
