Closo emails them, and you get a link you can text or forward yourself. Any US supplier can accept in one click — no Closo account needed up front. If they don't accept within 7 days, your payment refunds itself.
They ship, the deal watches the tracking
The supplier confirms the exact weight and ships. Freight changes beyond the estimate are approved by you before they stand — never silently added.
Delivery opens your check window
72 hours to open the pallet against the manifest. All good — confirm, and the supplier is paid. Grossly wrong — dispute with photos and Closo arbitrates before any money moves.

The supplier side carries the standard payment costs — card processing and a 1% platform fee, itemized to them before they accept. That's how the protection is funded without charging you.

Not covered
- Ordinary salvage-grade variance. Returns lots vary by nature — a few broken units is the business, not a dispute. Read the grade before you buy.
- Buyer's remorse. The pallet is what was agreed — it just sold slower than hoped. Protection covers the deal, not the market.
Why suppliers say yes.
A protected deal is the opposite of a tire-kicker: the buyer has already paid the full amount before the supplier lifts a finger. No invoices chased, no bounced promises — the money is sitting there, visible, waiting for the pallet.
Payouts land in the supplier's own Stripe account the moment the buyer confirms delivery. And every cleanly closed deal feeds their registry score — the number buyers filter by. A supplier who refuses "you get paid when it arrives" is telling you something.
Questions buyers ask.
Is it really free for me?
Yes. You pay the agreed price of the goods, plus freight if Closo arranges delivery. Protection itself adds nothing — the platform's 1% comes from the supplier's side, and they see it itemized before accepting.
What if the supplier refuses to use it?
That refusal is information. A legitimate supplier gives up nothing — the deal is already funded and the payout is automatic on delivery. The suppliers who walk away from "you get paid when the pallet arrives" are the ones the registry's red flags exist for.
Can I use it with a supplier who isn't on Closo?
Yes — that's the point. Any US pallet supplier works: start the deal from their registry profile and we invite them by email, or hand them your deal link directly. They accept in one click, without creating an account first.
What happens on day 7 if they never ship?
Nothing is required of you. The deal refunds itself to your original payment method — no claim form, no support ticket, no arguing with a bank.
The pallet arrived and it's not what we agreed. Now what?
