I purchased 4 laser toners for my hp. Went to open one of the toner boxes and it was more than obvious that the box had been opened. They had taped over it and even put the shipping label on over the tape! I opened the box from the bottom as to maintain proof that I did not tamper with the tape or shipping label and sure enough, the cartridge is sitting there, toner powder all over it and the bag it comes in stuffed in the corner of the box.
