I purchased the item from ************** listed as brand new. There was no hardware (screws) in the box. I attempted to return the item to ********** however I was told it can only be returned to the location it was picked up at. Return to pickup location is not listed in the terms and services besides the gas and time to go back would negate the refund.

The customer purchased an item listed as "Brand New" from our ************** location. Under our Terms and Conditions, "Brand New" items are guaranteed for completeness, and a missing set of hardware/screws is a legitimate grading issue that qualifies for a refund.
