Hi accept my greetings yes we have her package and she was asked to pay insurance fee of $300 and she did an now a refundable fee of $1000 has been given to her for city permit which will be refunded upon delivery and since I did not inform her before time I suggested to help her out with $300 then she will pay $700 and now is is not accepting to do the payment so her package has been put on hold …
