I ordered 2 shirts for a member guest golf outing with a Las Vegas theme. I ordered with about 2 1/2 weeks applying expedited shipping at a significant cost just in case. The shirts finally arrived a week after the event. So in total it was 3 1/2 weeks after ordering with express shipping. The customer service people will not refund my money and the whole experience was frustrating and anxiety producing. I had to go out the day before and find shirts. DO NOT order with GERBERA prints. Unreliable, slow and not sympathetic to you if order doesnt arrive on time. Save yourself from repeating my ex
I ordered my shirt for my 55th bday. Online the shirt appeared to have bling or sparkles on it, which I love. It also had my picture. When the shirt arrived the same week as my bday, NO BLING. I was soooo disappointed. I contacted the company right away. I had to send 2 emails before they responded. They wanted to give me 5% refund, then 10%. If this is how they want to make their money, they can keep it but I will leave an honest review every time I see their name!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by this company. Their return and exchange policy is intentionally unclear, which enables them to deny returns and exchanges for items such as incorrect sizes. I intend to share my experience with as many consumers as possible to warn them about the potential risks of purchasing from this company.
I ordered these shirts in mid-November (as the first Christmas present I purchased) and based on your processing and shipping time, they should have arrived within a month at most. When I contacted you in early Dec having not received any info about shipping, you said the order had processed and would ship soon. I received the items this week (that would be 3 weeks after Christmas). Super lame.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has to be a foreign company because you don’t get what you ordered and customer service doesn’t return emails!!! I ordered my shirt December 1st, here it is the 17th and still no package. Then they tell you to keep checking the shipping details but according to the shipping information my package has been in Cypress Texas since the 8th!!
Long story short, get your shirt from somewhere else because you won’t get it from them!!!!
I placed an order with this company and I have not received the item even though the tracking link provided says its been delivered. When I emailed the customer services they just say there has been a delay in shipment even though the tracking link says delivered. Which then I replied says exactly that and they send the same email back to say sorry for the delay keep checking the tracking link provided and theyll push the delivery through faster. I've asked for a refund for not receiving the item and for the inconvenience as I placed this order 22nd October. Absolutely unbelievable and shockin
