What a total effing rip off. I could have bought the two UNBRANDED things I got for less than a tenner on a market stall DON’T FALL INTO THIS TRAP.
This is a scam, paid over £60.00 for a "surprise bonus pack!"
I could have bought the contents for less than £40.00 on Amazon itself or Temu!
Contents were a VERY cheap "smart band", and an unknown make of very poor quality earphones!
DON'T by from these people.
Wish I had come on here and looked,I usually do but didn’t,ordered the biggest medium and smallest and got 3 items,a scam if ever I saw it,definitely don’t do it,I am getting in touch with my bank because they never delivered the biggest pallet and they say they have, stay away or just burn your money
Stay away from this so called company. I thought I’d give it a go and placed an order it went through twice. Bad start already.
All the ads show people opening a box of goodies CON!!!
I paid over £60 pound each order to get a 2 cheap bit watches and cheap earbuds. Absolute crap!
Next step trying to get hold of someone to inform me how to return the items. They never answer the phone and when I finally did get through I was told to what’s app details. I’ve already done that.
Not giving up!!!
Has anyone ever got their money back?
Awful, advertised as a pallet. I purchese super giant giant box..... 2 items....... I get its a mystery but seriously...... stay away!!!! Absolutely discusting completely scam
this company false advertises whats on a skid then when you file a complaint the refund you a very small amount
Placed an order on March 2 2026 for women’s handbags. They were very quick to ask for payment to be sent. When payment was sent and they received it they quit answering my inquiries about my pallet. It shows sitting on hold. I will be contacting authorities to check into the business practices of this company if my money has not been refunded in the 3 days the website states. If you don’t want a headache go elsewhere. This company has been dissolved since 1991. Name does not match what they have on their fake documents. All information I have has been turned over to ALL proper authorities. Let the fun begin! Good luck scammer you will need it!
Complete scam fake website avoid at all costs
BEWARE, THIS SITE IS A SCAM
I did a review and liquidation pallets said they have had no customers from Australia and called my review a fake.
The only fake is their website
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
I bought two packets, the were 2 small boxes with a cloth to clean something and a very cheap headphones. Terribly dissatisfied and disappointed, I should know that all this was a scam. The same guys that work in amazon write the reviews. Don't waste you money, this is a scam, they will send you something to clean your glasses. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE.
Also they denied that i paid for this, I send them the invoice number and they said that they were so sorry for all my stress and send me $7 refund after paying for 2 boxes of $29.90each. $59.80 total plus delivery.
In the ads people receives big boxes full of stuff. But the boxes really are so small, a cleaning pad was in of them. They are false, a big scam. I can expose the email send to me with the apologies and a refund of $7. What makes me more angry is that they denied that I made the purchases. I saw another negative review and they did the same.
Not happy with super mystery box
Amazon should take down the sistes that are selling these pallets i know its a risk but my god biggest load of shit they said 5 to 40 items i had 2 its a scam defo

If it looks too good to be true - then there is usually a reason
This is real websit. I have been using them for months now and no issue. Order was delivered on time and all items was brand new and authentic.
This company sells authentic items. Am happy to have met this company after I order from another company they delivered my dirty and refurbished items and when I contacted them they told me pallet is lucky game. That was a crazy response, I met this company and they told me their items was brand new and I was skeptical, I ordered 1 pallet and boom it came out all original and brand new shoes. I was so impressed and I have used them 08 times and I will continue because they have all the essential products that I am looking for.
This company is a fraud, they had no problem getting back to me while I was purchasing. It has been over a week and I was told that my pallet would be mailed out last Monday and still nothing over a week later. The so called manager Ramson Esenek Aweandou had the money wired to him which had me worried but against better judgement I did it. Was I stupid apparently so. I have talked to him over and over and he has told me that the pallet has been shipped out, but I still have no proof of this or a tracking number. They pretend they want you to come up and meet them and they they have an excuse to come another day. I would love someone to tell me different, don't know who these other people are that has given them a good review because the business I dealt with that is supposed to be located at 159 Folmar Pkway, Montgomery, AL is a fake.
Just an update still have not received my pallet and now his name is Monty, beware of this company.
I went to the address that they had listed for their business location, the business location they listed was a warehouse for a Korean company that supplies to Hyundai.
Talking with their customer service, as well as looking at the reviews indicates that this is a scam. It seems to be run by somebody that's fairly sophisticated, but the English that they're using indicates Nigeria and Kenyan or possibly Namibian origin. I.e. this is a scam.
This is in reply to the person trying to scam everybody on Trust pilot:
The address that you have listed on your website indicates a factory warehouse that is a supplier to the Hyundai manufacturing plant located outside of Montgomery, Alabama.
I even went so far as to contact Business Registration Office for the City of Montgomery and there is no business listed as having a warehouse address where you listed it.
After reading all of reviews left both positive and negative here, the ones that were positive were almost all of African origin, seeing as the English itself drops the personal pronoun and generally places greater emphasis on be verb instead of using the standard American template of noun verb object this is indicative of someone
This scam has been reported to the BBB, the FBI and the Attorney General.
A complete fraud. We started to order a little amount around 700 €, and the way they proposed to pay was through a strange bank transfer and the bank account holder was located in Malta or Cyprus. We place the order correctly and they supposed to deliver it through United Postal Shipping. The goods came from Alabama to London, then to Brussels and then to Paris, Lisbon and Madrid. But the goods never arrived to Barcelona, where we are. As soon as time was going on, the person in contact never answered and the website from Unites Postal Shipping suddenly disappeared.
I did not invest a lot of money on that trade, but be careful. They are asking to transfer money to bank accounts where you can not ask for a refund when the order is not coming to you, (I am still asking for it), and the customer service doesn’t exist, nobody is answering the phone, neither their customer service mail…
Summarising, a complete and absolute fraud. Try to avoid any kind of relationship with that company.
I debated at length whether to trust this organization. The rep on the other end of the texts was patient and said all the right things. I asked about the poor reviews here and the rep explained that many companies are named similarly and the reviews not for his company. The positive reviews seemed fake (Jack Black? Zendaya? Ramson New?) - I blame myself for allowing myself to overlook that. The moment I received tracking information, I knew I had been scammed. The shipping "company" was not real, and within 24 hours of receiving tracking, the shipping company website went dark. I also received an email from a company called "Eversend," from a fraud specialist, asking if I had sent money to Ramson. I did not respond until my shipment did not arrive at the date and time specified. At that time, I told the Eversend rep I had been scammed. (I don't think anything will come out of that, unfortunately - I don't even know if Eversend is a legit company.) Thankfully I did not place a large order as I wanted to test it out. I'm disappointed. Clearly the fraudster is a smart person. If only s/he used their powers for good instead of taking advantage of small business owners trying to make a
They are scammers!! Called and guy answered sounds like he was sleeping.I asked questions and he hung up and called back and would not answer. Scammer at its finest. Reviews are by them anyone can leave a review.
Totally scam. I bought a pallet of perfumes and never received. I asked for refund but no refund and instead asking more funds to release the items. All scam reviews. Dont waste your money. I have registered a complaint, have no hope of getting refund but just want others to be safe.
Total rip-off. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY. They entice you with a great offer, but you’ll never see it. Everything about this “company” is a fraud. They also tried to hold the delivery up because the delivery company needed several hundred dollars in “insurance” in order to deliver. They got me. Don’t let them get you. Stay away.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 🥺 the good reviews are fake. They’re just making multiple profiles and rating themselves. I was asking them a whole bunch of questions and they were bouncing around the answer. The manifests I asked for were all fake.. They don’t have an actual location. If you look up the address that they have. At first they put this address. 159 Folmar Pkwy
Montgomery, AL 36105
United States
And when I called them out on it that it points to a random street, they ended the chat with me and changed their address to this
3396 Gilmer Ave
Montgomery, AL 36105
United States.
I have so much more to say but I will stop here.
PLEASE BE AWARE AND PLEASE BE CAREFUL. SCAMMERS
Great initial customer service. Things went south. Purchased pallet, made payment, confirmed receipt of payment, was told items had shipped on 3 separate occasions, when I asked for the tracking # and shipping company, I was told the shipper would contact me. Five days later and two additional follow ups without a response. I guess it is small claims court and filing a police report for fraud are my next steps. Update: On 8/7/25 I was informed my pallet would be delivered on 8/8/25- Guess what it wasn't. On 8/9/25 I sent multiple follow ups (every 30 seconds or so)- and the only response I received was: "Are you Lisa G", I responded yes. On 8/11/25 I sent an e-mail inquiry no response and also sent customer service inquires every 30 seconds for around 45 minutes - no response. 8/12/25 Sent inquiry to AL Secretary of State to report fraud. (I was previously a CFE) 8/13/25 Sent additional email with no response.I will keep everyone informed of my order status.
Warning: Fraudulent Website
This company operates a scam. After placing an order, you will not receive valid shipping information, and your order will never arrive. Once payment is made, all communication will cease — calls and messages will go unanswered. The representative you speak with may provide official-looking documents, an EIN, and a warehouse address to appear legitimate, but these are part of a coordinated fraud. Do not send money to this business.
Online seller here and researcher by profession. I recently engaged with this company and chatted with them thru their website because when something sounds too good to be true, it probably IS!!! I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Initially drawn in by their enticing offers of 90 Louis Vuitton purses and after asking many many many questions regarding the product, authenticity, certifications, payment process, insurance guarantees, serial numbers, and more - I soon discovered that this company a SCAM!
**Red Flags:**
1. **Customer Service:** My first hint that something was off was their customer service. While they were quick to respond initially, any inquiries regarding my questions and requests for clarification and documentation of authenticity, I received typos and vague answers or no response at all.
2. **Lack of Transparency:** The company’s website was filled with generic information and flashy graphics but lacked any real substance. There were no clear terms and conditions, insurance, or anything assuring merchandise and important details were either buried or omitted entirely.
3. **Payment Issues:** the representative could not explain their paymen
I urge you, I besiege you! do not buy from this company. Everyone that is saying that they are a scam is telling the truth. It is a guy with the ass that answers the phone. He told me that his name was Alex Rivero. He wanted me to give him my debit card information over the phone. He wanted me to pay with PayPal as friends and family (so that I would not be able to dispute the charges or secure my money) he told me that my products will be here today by 3 PM. I’ll continuously ask for a tracking number. He has not provided me that. Now I can’t get them to answer the phone. It goes straight to voicemail. The address that they have on their website. If you look it up on Google, you will see that it is a house, not a warehouse. When they answer the phone, they do not say their company’s name is as though you are calling someone personally. I have continuously asked him to just send my money back, but he won’t even go through the process with PayPal in order for my money to be returned, knowing that he does not have any intentions of sending me any product. I urge you not to waste your time here with this company. It’s just gonna be a headache. Now I have to go through the process to g
They are great, but delayed to deliver my order, I was waiting for it anxiously because it was birthday gift for my hubby, but order came in 2days late, and it wasn't significant anymore, nonetheless I will use them again if it's not something pressing. Customer service was helpful but I need my order on time period.
ZERO stars! They took my money, and I have never received the pallet. They string you along, give you excuse after excuse, and then stop communicating with you. BEWARE of this organization--total scammers. I am ashamed that I fell for their scheme. The man who answers the phone is foreign and a liar. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
