This is the most dishonest auction company I have ever encountered. The people working here are arrogant, rude, and simply incompetent.
Every interaction with their customer support is a perpetual headache. Their responses don't even include a basic "Hello" or any standard courtesy expected from decent people. It feels as though they are doing you a favor just by responding. In reality, they are often incapable of resolving even the simplest issues and frequently just stop replying altogether.

Bought a high definition TV the was said to be tested. THEY LIED! Complete trash. AMBER refused to refund even after I returned it to PROVE to her that there was zero signs that it was CRACKED as she accused me of breaking it even after I treated it with kid gloves! Long time buyer, they disrespected me by accusing me lying! Will never do business with them again!
