Horrible quality, terrible return policy. Do not recommend buying anything from this site. Clothing quality good for grease rags
I have ordered four dresses from here and have been very pleased with the style and fit. The quality is good and I will keep ordering from here because of the styles they offer. Shipping takes a bit longer than a U.S. based company does, but it is worth it. I am petite, but my bra size is above average so it is hard to find stylish dresses that fit my chest area. I am a size 6, but my bra size is 32F or 32G and so far size medium has fit me nicely. I also like that many of the dress styles have pockets.
Do not purchase from their online store. There is a huge price discrepancy between their pricing and on Amazon. The return process is impossible. There is no option to return on their order page. You have to contact them via email and they respond to you with very poor return options. Either you're expected to pay an international shipping fee, even though the product shipped from a warehouse in Illinois (shipped to Milwaukee, WI), or they offer 10% back and to keep the product, or a coupon. I responded that I want a full refunded due to the price variance. To date they have not responded. I r
First the company sent me the incorrect item (which was just a poor-quality polyester dress) with no shipment notification. When I wrote them about the missing expensive mystery box I had purchased, they said it had not been made yet. If I had not emailed them I would have been waiting weeks with no information. There was no mention on the website that these items were in production. They offered me replacement products in the meantime for the same cost, so I provided the new dress and accessories I wanted. I then had to wait days to get an e-mail back and it felt intentional that they waited.
I have bought 3 of their dresses now and I just love them! They are cute, flattering, cool, washable, and I always get compliments when I wear them. The material is high quality and I have not seen any fading or stretching at this point. They have so many colors and fabrics to choose from. I love the details like the lace, the boning, and the lace up backs. I will continue to buy these dresses.
Ordered some items for an upcoming event and paid for expedited 7-10 day shipping. One item shipped the day after my order and arrived on time. The other items shipped over a week after my order and didn’t arrive until well after the event. I reached out to customer service about returning the items and was offered the choice of returning the order (buyer pays shipping fees, they estimated $10-30), or keep the items and receive a 10% refund ($14 on a $144 order), 25% off coupon, $15 voucher, or $10 gift card. I chose to return the items and was told that I have 3 days from receipt of the email
