I purchased an ***** from this retailer in February of 2026 and the bike was brand new (still in the box and unassembled). The bike comes with a rechargable battery and the battery was DOA. It never worked right out of the box. It rendered the bike useless and the bike is brand new.....never been ridden once. I contacted the business several times and continue to reach out to them for resolution. I received quite a few responses from the business but no resolution on their end. I suggested a full refund of the purchase or at least store credit in the amount of $650 which is what I spent to pur…
