Really good experience with this team. I made two orders, first was used as a test to see if it was reputable and legitimate and the second to order more of the items I was after.
The first order arrived within a very respectable time especially given that they are Taiwan based. I was able to track the item quite well as an email had been sent with FedEx tracking details.
The second order took a little longer (This order had single cards and booster packs). For 10 days there was no update so I reached out by email and got a response within 2 or 3 days informing me that my package was now on the way. After which my package arrived in less than a week.
I've seen some bad reviews regarding their communication but my experience does not reflect that at all.
The team was timely in response and both orders were packaged extraordinarily well.
My only concern throughout this process was the cost of shipping, but when it goes international, you can only complain so much.

If the team sees this, many thanks, I've now been able to base set my chinese white flare collection and collect some of my favourite cards because of you.

The card was fully protected. Nice packaging.

Order was delayed multiple times although I paid for express shipping which wasn’t partially refunded. Had to reach out through WhatsApp & email to try to get responses as to what was happening. Finally responded saying my item was being packed but when it arrived there wasn’t the correct items. I emailed again and have still had no response. Also don’t love that the currency can’t be changed to reflect actual countries currency until the payment page. Overall, too many things didn’t go well so not sure if I’d buy again..

I took a gamble on the Simplified Chinese Terastal Festival booster box and out of the 3 I ordered the only one from Tcghobby was the one that had the exclusive Sylveon! For that I'm very thankful. Also ordered Koffing and Rayquaza V which are in NM just as described. Overall will be ordering again from TCGHOBBY especially for certain simplified Chinese exclusive sets, only downfall is the shipping price! but that can't be helped at the moment unfortunately.

Edit: I have screenshots of the WhatsApp messages they sent me hurling verbal abuse at me. Their reply below is fake professionalism to save face. These operators are abusive and toxic.

Absolutely unprofessional and abusive customer service. Do not trust this business with your money.

They will also abuse the reporting system to flag honest reviews as "defamatory" in an attempt to hide their toxic behaviour from the public. I have screenshots of the verbal abuse and insults they sent me via their business WhatsApp.

I made a mistake on an order that contained a mix of in-stock and preorder products. I immediately requested a cancellation so I could re-order the correct items. Instead of a simple fix, I was met with abysmal communication. They dragged out the process and eventually ghosted me entirely when I tried to secure a refund or store credit.

Because they refused to respond, I opened a dispute with PayPal to protect my funds. The moment the dispute was filed, they suddenly resurfaced—not to resolve the issue professionally, but to hurl unhinged, hostile abuse at my personal number via WhatsApp.
