WARNING – Do Not Do Business With This Company Please do your research before dealing with them. If you search their name on Google, you'll find complaints going back as far as 2019. They use the same trick: very nice and friendly at the beginning, but once they get your money it's a different story. I specified what I wanted many times — believe me, MANY times — and what I received was literal garbage. Everything was used and in bad shape. Diana is a professional scammer. Once you receive the pallet and complain, they'll tell you "you signed a contract, we can't do anything." Even when I contacted the owner directly, he blocked me after I told him they had delivered junk. 🚫 BE AWARE — DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. 🚫

First they send you photos of what you will get, then they give you an estimation of the value you will receive, in my case between 170k and 250 k retail value. When the container arrives and you question them on where the stuff are in the photos they say that is what might be in the container as per previous client shipments. When you question them like in my case, where I only received 40% of the value they promised, again they turn around and say they cant make estimations, but that is what other clients told them. These. People are thieves, don't waste your they will act sweet to get you then as soon you. Pay them and they finish delivering you trash for your money, they will show you their true colors by refusing to refund you your money and you will. End up with trash you cannot sell.it happened to.me in September when these. People sold me 200 pieces of children clothing that they handed picked for me from a bunch, these people. Even find the nerve to give me soiled. Clothes... Do not do businesse. With. Them they are thieves, don't. Waste. Your money

Run away,these people are the worst kind of people.i ever met they act nice but it is to steal your money,they state not to go into the merchadise lies.i had Wendy as a sale person,she appeared to be as a decent human beeing,until they got my money and deliver.to me 200 pieces of garbage from a.box of 400 pieces that they hand picked for me.they even deliver soiled pieces to me,it has not even be 24.hours this happened yesterday at about 3pm.and when I spoke to wendy this morning she refuses to refund me my money.run...run...run....from these people they are wicked,and amorals,they will steal your hard earned money

I visited the warehouse, I was amazed of how the company was very organize and clean. The receptionist was very nice, and very detailed, and as I spoke with the sales person Diana she guided me to what would work best for me. I bought a truckload , received in good timely matter, I was told that the merchandise would not be perfect , but the load worked out for liquidation merchandise. Happy with the company and the load.

They are extremely misleading, do not do business with them, especially if your buisness is new. They will burn you.

Agreed to spend $8390 on a truckload of housewares, kitchenware, general merchandise and a "few" Xmas items. I received 36 pallets of salvage Xmas.
On March 18, 2019 I purchased a truckload from Diana for $8390 that was suppose to be 36-40 pallets of Kohls kitchenware, housewares, general merchandise and a "few" Xmas items. These were suppose to be overstock, shelf-pulls & customer returns. When Diana mentioned Xmas items, I was perfectly clear with her when I told her I didn't want the load to be heavy with Xmas. She guaranteed me it would not be, but would have "a few" xmas items here and there. I was okay with that as that is normal for this time of the year. I paid the cost via wire transfer. After Diana received the money, she sent me an email with an attached Agreement for me to sign. I read it over and called her back to say I wasn't happy with the wording, since the word Salvage was used. She stated that the same form was used for all purchases no matter what the load was. Dummy me believed her and signed it. Her script is obviously well rehearsed and executed. Fast forward to delivery day. What I received were 36 pallets of xmas junk!!! Strategically placed in each pallet

Do not do business with this company. I order a 40 foot container of linens and alll I receive is a container full of furniture, electronic. Diana is a liar
