28 reviews, 1.1 out of 5 on average. None of them comes from a Closo order yet — Closo counts only reviews from a purchase it can see.
A liquidator. That is what the registry holds about the goods.
The registry records Tech Liquidators at 7601 Penn Ave S, Richfield, MN — the address on the company's public footprint. Shipping terms are agreed with the supplier; Closo does not quote them here.

What the registry holds about the goods. Facts it can check — address, domain, payment methods — feed the score.
Every supplier is scored from 0 to 100 on facts we can check ourselves — not on what the company says about itself. This profile has no score yet: the checks run automatically as the record fills, and no supplier can pay to change a score.
Ratings are quoted from Google and the Better Business Bureau as the registry found them on the dates shown. Closo does not add them to its own score; the score counts only facts it checks itself.

I decided to give this company one final chance and purchased a lot of 64 Shokz headphones that were advertised as tested, used, and fully functional. Unfortunately, 30 of the 64 units were non-functional. The issues included defective buttons, blown speakers, and units that would not charge.
Based on the number and type of defects, it is difficult to believe these items were actually tested before being sold. These are problems that should have been identified during even a basic functionality check.
I encourage other buyers to exercise caution when bidding on inventory from this company an
They don't answer calls; the new account approval process is incredibly slow and archaic, and they make things more complicated than they need to be. The help number listed on the website is just for show because no one answers, and the email support is poor and unprofessional.
They pick the "gold" and sell you the "dirt"

Headline: Not a true liquidation site—just a dumping ground for their unsellable junk.
I’ve been watching this company fall apart over the last few years. TechLiquidators used to be a reliable source for resellers, but now it’s a complete waste of capital. The business model has clearly shifted: they are now cherry-picking their own manifests.
The Inventory is Pre-Filtered
It’s obvious that they inspect every single piece of inventory before it ever hits the site. They pull the high-quality, lightly used items to resell through

Just found an auction with an item listed at $999
Its value is nowhere near that amount; it’s maybe 100 at most. They are overvaluing items for a reason. I will now show you AI's reasons for this.
-ALWAYS CAREFULLY CHECK THE MAINFEST!!!-
This list of reasons for auction overvaluation was generated by a very accurate AI model:
🚨 Reasons for Auction Overvaluation
• Shill Bidding/Fake Demand: The liquidator or their associate places phony bids to create the illusion of competition and drive the price up.
• False Price Anchoring: Listing an inflated Ori
Everything that is marked used and tested is not in fact tested at all. Most of the stuff here is completely broken, missing parts, dirty and just completely inaccurate. Would stay away and they are definitely manipulating the bidding.
Complete scam, I do not know how they continue to stay in business. They have an automatic bot that bids against you which is highly illegal, they do not disclose this information in the auction listing. A few weeks later you will see the same lot back on the website or they break it down into smaller lots.
The product is all repair stock/junk, yet they claim "Used Working" which again is false advertisement. They need to be investigated by the attorney general. Sick and tired of their fraud. We have lost thousands dealing with this company, you will never receive the correct condition or qu

The Better Business Bureau profile the registry matched by domain, as of Oct 8, 2026.
The BBB grades how a company answers complaints and how long it has been in business; it does not test the goods. A rating alone is not a verdict.
11 complaints in the last 3 years, three closed in the last 12 months. Filed by buyers with the Better Business Bureau; the company's replies are shown as BBB published them.
I want to warn other buyers to be extremely careful when purchasing electronics from Techliquidators.I paid ****** for a lot of 40 Apple iPhones that were clearly advertised as like new and suitable for resale. The devices arrived in good physical condition, however after inspection and testing I discovered that all of them are retail demo / inventory units that are not intended for consumer sale. Each phone is marked as a demo device, is SIM locked, cannot be properly unlocked, and the original carrier cannot be identified. Because of this, the phones cannot be activated or used as normal smar…

I ordered a pallet from Tech Liquidators for over $3,000, listed as used and working. One of the items was a camera valued at $1,700 that I could tell within seconds was not tested, as it would not even turn on all the way. I contacted support right away and they said they could do nothing because 10% of the items in the pallet have to be defective to file a claim. It also says in their policy that the camera should have been tested, which I can tell I t was not. I get the 10% defective issue, even though the camera was over 50% of the value of the pallet. They should have been able to help me…

Purchased a "like new" condition lot, which should have minimal wear. 3/5 items had severe damage, which requires professional care/repairs, and happened to be the most valuable items. I reached out to support, and their solution was to refund me much less than what the items were worth by overvaluing the items that didn't have a problem, making this option lose me money. I asked for a partial refund instead to have the items fixed, and am now not receiving a reply.Even if I did get a refund, this is a huge waste of time and the descriptions are a complete lie. A "like new" product should have…

DO NOT TRUST LISTINGS.I purchased two pallets from Tech Liquidators. ORDER: EHZPQCYGWT for $18,793.45 and ORDER: L7JNZXWCPT for $16,886.41. A grand total of...$35,679.86.17 Laptops of the 81 shipped had MAJOR defects (bad motherboards, video cards, no power, etc.). That is a 21% defective rate. They are not properly diagnosing these laptops, and are ripping off their customers. They sell them as "Working", but many are defective.I have purchased from them many times before, and have been a good customer. We usually take the hit when only a few may have issues (it tends to be part of the game f…
