My semi was stolen from ****************, around November of 2024. The semi was sold by the named business on March 5 2025 per the Grand Prairie detective!A police report was made with Grand Prairie. Police report# ************., phone # **************. Was in contact 6-5-25 with the detective. He stated my semi truck was bought and sold by this company. How are companies allowed to buy and sell stolen property? This semi has been sold and is ****** now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would like this shady business practice brought to light.
On November 13th or 2024 I engaged Texas Asset Liquidations through the Recommendation of Machinery Trader in order to auction off my forklift. The forklift was sold through an online auction on December the 3rd and picked up by the buyer on December the 11th. I was told I would be paid via wire transfer following the customers receipt of the forklift. To date I have not been paid and the owner Jaden **** has stopped communicating with me.
