Via Trading

I am very disappointed with my experience with via trading. I ordered a pallet of cosmetics which cost me $4500 after shipping, it was shipped and arrived very quickly but all the photos posted on the listing were false. When I opened all the Boxes there was not one item that was the same as the photos and about 30% of the items were all expired makeup, and 2 full boxes were expired makeup from the 90’s. I got in contact with David and he was reassuring me he would do what he could to make things right and was the one who said he could refund me for all the expired items, so I counted them all up and the total to be refunded to me was around $1000. Ever since then i have not been getting replies, or when I ask about it he still says he’s talking to the people who shipped the pallet. I’m not sure if this is an error on behalf of via trading or whoever they said shipped the pallet but this is extremely disappointing and a major loss for my business.

These guys look like they are from the bigger liquidators online. I did have a hard time getting someone to speak to, maybe it was the time difference. I do speak a good English, but the sales person insisted he did not understand me. I have a pharmacy, so I bought some HBA items to fill my store. Aside for a couple expired items, me and my wife were satisfied with our purchases. I would recommend these guys to my family who also own pharmacies.
