I ordered an Ariat women's shirt. Took ages to arrive. When it did, it had clearly been tried on as all the poppers were open and it was freaked to hell. I ordered the same shirt from another online store and this arrived pristine, neatly folded and in a plastic dust bag.
I've asked to return it but I'm not prepared yo pay for the return. Even if I'd not got the other shirt, i would not have kept this one
Disgraceful
If you order a brand new item, that's what I want, not some scrunched up item someone else has obviously tried on.
I can see why they have such a low score. I ordered asize 29X36 and they sent a 32X34. Not sure how they stay in business.
Quality of boots not what expected of Ariats. Had scuffs and sides were coming off. Contacted the company and never received a reply.
Boots was not brand new shipped old used boot with no tags
absolutely amazing customer service I paid for expedited shipping and they didn’t get here by the expedited shipping date and they refunded me for that shipping and then I received exactly what I was looking for and I’m very happy and we’ll work with them again
I purchased a pair of Rock n Roll men's jeans on November 25th 2025. The jeans were listed as Men's Vintage '46 Bootcut Denim Jeans RRMD0SRZS6 - 32 / 38 /. I went back and noticed in the main description once opened that the style then said regular, relaxed and double barrel. So I started to panic and emailed customer service asking which style these jeans I bought were because I didn't want them if they weren't bootcut. I emailed them the same day I paid.
