Android V8/v9 Wall Charger Universal

I never received the full quantities of the items I ordered. I was supposed to receive 30 units of perfume, but I only received 6. I was also supposed to receive 12 shoulder bags, but only 2 were delivered. I submitted complaints to Closo on the very same day I received the items. Both products were shipped together in the same box. I provided screenshots and supporting evidence, yet Closo never took the time to review the original shipping manifest, which clearly should have been part of their investigation. To make matters worse, I never received a response from either Closo or the seller regarding my complaints. This lack of communication, accountability, and proper investigation is completely unacceptable. These circumstances strongly suggest fraudulent activity by the seller. What is equally concerning is Closo's failure to properly investigate the matter despite being provided with evidence. I am extremely disappointed that Closo would overlook such an obvious discrepancy and fail to protect a customer who took the proper steps to report the issue immediately. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and properly resolved.
