I gave this liquidation store a second chance after my first experience since found item I wanted posted on Offerup, and unfortunately the customer service was just as disappointing the second time around. I was looking to buy a fan, and since the store has a strict “no refunds, no returns” policy…
Came to pick up an item they had listed, was made to wait only to be told their brother had taken the item home. I don’t recommend them especially if you are looking at their items on OfferUp they’ll make you drive there for nothing.
