Awesome selection of used specialty electronic equipment. I bought some rare camcorders sight unseen and they were exactly as described. Also shipped very quickly, which is rare for the west coast! Highly recommend if you're looking for old school video and audio equipment or just anything else…
Purchased a used PCR machine that was advertised as “tested and working.” When I finally needed to use it a couple of months later, the unit failed just 10 minutes into a run with a “fatal error.” The heating element had become disconnected internally and continued heating uncontrollably…
What a great experience ordering from NTC Tech. Their prices are very fair and the condition of the studio light I ordered was perfect as described. But the best experience was their customer service. Before and after the sale, they responded very quickly to every email. Very polite and fast…
Bought a VMC from NTC Tech and Rob was an all-star for the whole process. Great communication and excellent customer service, assisted in getting the machine running for inspection and I could not be happier about the transaction.
We work with Chris at NTC Tech and always have a great experience. He is excellent at getting back to me, and I have appreciated the partnership. We will continue to do business with this company. Thank you NTC!
