I’ve been sourcing inventory through 888 Lots for my reselling business, and overall, it’s been a great experience. Their website is easy to navigate, and I really appreciate having detailed manifests with ASINs, UPC codes, and estimated profit margins right upfront. The pricing is competitive, and the ability to negotiate on lot prices gives good flexibility. My orders shipped out fast, and the items matched the condition descriptions well. Working with my sales rep Eli was straightforward whenever I had questions about a shipment. I’ll definitely continue using them to stock my inventory. My sales rep Eli is great!!!

I really wanted to like this liquidation platform but got really disappointed and would NOT recommend IT . I made my first order and out of 8 items - 1 was out of stock or damaged I found out about it when it never arrived and thankfully I got refunded for it and 1 came damaged (back pack had strong smell of vinegar and all zippers got corroded and broken ( after months talking to customer service and them telling me they will take care of it I never got refunded or replaced back pack with similar item.
Very sad cuz I was looking forward to order more. I asked for discount on purchase instead of refund but they told me they can’t do that.

Sold me the wrong size of a product i ordered and they told me i have to pay for shipping to return the product. Very unorganized and scammy distributor.

Scam city. They trick you into signing up with the 60% off then don’t send the full order. THEN instead of a refund they issue you a store credit. And it wasn’t even short by a little, 75% of order was missing. I ask multiple times for refund. Refused. Credit card chargeback sorted it out. Never dealt with something like this, been in the e-commerce space for 20+ years. I tried my rep, the customer support email and the phone number. My email after I was told my refund was only a coupon was I'm going to my credit card. Their response was a phone number for me to call and waste more time. Capital one got it sorted out.

My second order before realizing the mess of the first order included 4 fitness trackers and all 4 fitness trackers had dead batteries. 4 different refunds to customers. I didn't even argue or try to get a refund on that one as its the risk when buying liquidation stuff.

Literally the easiest thing to do in customer service, first order gets screwed you refund the customer. But no, too hard for them. Here's a coupon.

The sales reps are not professional for both of their locations, don't return messages (I have many unreturned), and seem to be only concern with making a sale off of you. Instead of the company having someone spend their time floating around review sites to ensure they get more customers, they should spend it correcting their sales/customer service team or lack there of. There is no accountabiity when dealing with the site/company if you encounter issues.
