Extremely disappointed with their FBA prep and shipping timelines. We placed a bulk order with American Wholesale LLC expecting their promised turnaround time for Amazon prep. Not only did the prep take nearly two weeks longer than estimated, but communication during this delay was virtually nonexistent. Our account manager went completely silent when we asked for updates. By the time the shipment finally reached the Amazon fulfillment center, we had already lost our buy box due to being out of stock. For a B2B supplier, reliability is everything, and they severely missed the mark here. Would
