Be careful on their website. I ordered 500 dollars worth of shirts and they sent polyester for 15 of the 60 approx. shirts. I asked them to exchange them and instead they charged me a 15% restocking fee then issued a refund.
This was a great experience. They did have a couple items that were on back order but they shipped out the majority of my order very quickly. The remaining items shipped when they came into stock. Excellent to work with and give a quick response.
So far the ordering, shipping and customer service experience has been phenomenal. look forward to receiving my order tomorrow.
Product is good quality and orders ship quickly. Customer service is helpful and pleasant to deal with! I own a small embroidery business and they have been great to deal with!
Good prices, quick enough shipment. But they will subscribe you to their email list which does not have a functioning unsubscribe link (in violation of the CAN SPAM Act of 2003). I've made them aware of this 3 times with no resolution.
I had a great experience with Apparelbus. My order arrived in great condition, and I was very impressed with the quality of the products. Everything turned out really well, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Apparelbus to anyone looking for quality apparel. I’ll be ordering from them again!
