Bought a sectional in Feb 2022 for $1500, luckily - I say luckily with a grain of salt, also purchased the warranty. Andrew has a really terrible attitude, and truly doesnt understand the principle of running a small business; and that it boils down to the details. He overpriced a rug, all 5x8 s were listed for $80 he was insistent that it was $90, and he could care less if we took it or not. Used ***** **** ******** to deliver my bed which is the company that bargains and buyout works with and they broke a window in my home. When asked to arrange delivery, I was giving a flyer at the checkout with a QR code. The sales person scanned the code and filled out all the delivery information. Since delivery the owner has been completely unresponsive. I have been texting them and and calling the constantly to try to come to a resolution to get this window fixed.
