Worst place EVER. They mislabel stuff and refuse to take any responsibility for it when they do and refuse to give you a refund. I’ve been burnt ALOT on this but since I wasn’t paying much I just kind of brushed it off. This last time was the last straw! My 4 yr old kid was playing with my phone while I left it unattended to go answer the door and bid on something random. To make matters worse, it was something that had multiple things in a box so it cost me $166 for a box of like 10 gummy vitamins!!! So I explain the situation to the worker who was walking around with a cart putting items awa

Horrible customer service and warehouse is usually in a bad area. Horrible return policy. Make sure to pick up on the days they list or else you still get charged and they will refuse to give it to you. Even if they still have it the employees will say they don’t have to give it to you and will refuse a refund. Always check the item before leaving because sometimes the items are broken/defective or missing items. Even if it says good condition or new/like new. I don’t recommend AS IS items because they refuse to return it. Overall it was a bad experience and I don’t recommend anyone to use the

Now they changed the pick up dates so you don't have much time to pick your items up that you've already paid for so you lose those items and they go back to get paid for again I'm sure. BRAND NEW (Keyword) Hoverboards. Brand new means never been used shouldn’t have a problem with. Why would I need to check
BRAND NEW PRODUCTS? Well if buy from bidfa u better check everything. I didn’t check my BRAND NEW HOVERBOARD. $250 dollars later none of the hoverboards turn on or work but they are BRAND NEW. What they are is refurbished. The batteries are cooked!! Took back to warehouse I was told i should’ve checked them. Why am I checking
