Ik heb in het voorjaar 2024 de Virga Shell Rainjacket gekocht. Duurzaam concept, sprak me wel aan.
In eerste instantie was ik tevreden, maar de laatste tijd merk ik dat de jas vooral aan de "randen " (= onderkant en rond de mouwen) veel vocht opneemt.
Dit is dan zo nat, ook aan de binnenkant, dat het niet prettig is om daarna je jas weer aan te doen. Duurt ook lang voordat de jas weer droog is.
Nu zal ik 'm moeten impregneren, maar voor een jas met zo'n prijskaartje (ruim €200!!) had ik verwacht dat ik er minstens wel een jaar of 3 mee vooruit kon voordat dit nodig is. Het impregneren zelf kos
