08/14/2024 I pick up my TV, when I got it home only half of the screen works. I contacted the **** shop on 08/15/2024. The refuse to give me a refund or to fix it or replace it. I have done business with them since I was 9 years old buying games and stuff. Also, I purchased a gold chain that was 10k they calmed to weight it at 20.5 grams and it only weight ***** grams. I very disappointed how the owner handle this situation to a pawnbroker to another pawnbroker this isn't the correct way to run a business.
