Great product, Very unprocessed, easy money maker.

First time pallet purchase, we purchased 6 pallets from Paul after explaining to him this was our first time purchase. We originally requested general merchandise pallets. Paul upsold us on buying category pallets that he explained would sell better than general merchandise pallets. After receiving the pallets and going through everything, we found a total of 3 percent missing items, 17 percent items that were complete trash and 22 percent items that were damaged. This left 58 percent good condition items. The real complaint I have is the doubled price pallets we were upsold were actually worth less than the general merchandise pallets that we originally wanted. After discussing the issue with Paul he as offered us a 15% credit that he will only give if we spend double the credited amount in goods, not counting shipping. Because every item that he shipped us was handled by his people I know they could not have missed so many trash items and feel this is a deliberate part of his business. I feel to ask me to throw good money after bad, and not offering a cash refund, his practices are at best deceptive. I only hope that this warning will help other people that are hoping to enter in
