Worst experience specifically in Mississauga Dundas branch. Booked a reservation five days prior pick up date , personally confirmed a day prior pick up date. Since I booked two cars, we pick up the first car Friday 2pm scheduled time was 12nn , and talked the customer service that the other will be pick up tomorrow ( Saturday) since my husband will used it . We don’t know what time but I reserved pick up time for 9am . All set up , Saturday came we arrived with my two kids around 10:30am , and they said they don’t have the car I reserved because I am late , no phone calls prior nothing commun

Like other reviewers of the Suffolk branch, I reserved a full-size SUV, only to be told the next day that my reservation was canceled due to limited availability. Since this had happened before, I called to ask why and was told the Suffolk branch prioritizes walk-ins over reservations.
Enterprise's main customer service line made a new reservation for me at the Portsmouth location, confirming availability twice. Close local office that diligently contacted me to let me know there was an availability issue with the class of vehicle I selected and reassured me my needs would be satisfied.
