I bought some 3 items that had issues that weren't listed in the description of the sale.In 2 days the owner of Grafe auctions contacted me and was very concerned what happened.He took care of my issues and was very understanding.This is a first class company and I feel very comfortable buying from them in the future
They did right by me. I had something that was misrepresented after I had won the auction and messaged them letting them know. They took no time and handled it with professionalism and speed. Thank you very much!
Grafe Auction was hired to take care of my sister's estate. They talk a good story but they do not pay attention to details and were completely irresponsible. During the personal property auction, we had set aside some items in a closet to keep for the family (they did not say that we should take them off the property). They did not have enough people at the auction to watch over everything and all of the items were stolen, including my mother's sterling silver which was worth an estimated $12,000. They gave us $1000 to compensate for it. I should have fought this and gotten more but I was too
