Very professional from start to finish. Payment was easy and shipping prompt at a very fair rate unlike other auction houses. In prior auction which I picked up in person, staff was very helpful in detaching stretcher and rolling the works for me so they would fit in the car. Very few auction houses would do that!
This is the worst coin auction business out there. They are very arrogant and rude to their customers.
Stack’s or Great Collections are much, much better. Make sure to check their terms closely. Good luck.

Don’t waste your time registering with these guys if you are not resident in the US. They refused to allow me to place a USD$800 bid until I’d placed a USD$5000 deposit with them. This applies to non-US residents for some auctions and it’s not disclosed until you have already given your identity documents and credit card details.
Heritage is a reputable auction house that has some extraordinary pieces a very few I have been lucky enough to have been the high bidder. I have never experienced a problem with bidding, invoice, shipping or communication with them. They have been good to me.
