After purchasing batteries with warranties a few times and returning them with no problems, I purchased two additional batteries. However this time they’re refusing to replace them. They offered to return the old ones as they have repeatedly informed me the have no new batteries. This has gotten to the point now that I have made several visits and gotten the runaround. I feel I have no alternative now but to file for this complaint and hope that you all can resolve this matter to my satisfaction. Thank you
