What the registry holds about the goods. Facts it can check — address, domain, payment methods — feed the score.
Every supplier is scored from 0 to 100 on facts we can check ourselves — not on what the company says about itself. The same checks run for everyone, the method is published in full, and no supplier can pay to change a score.
Ratings are quoted from Google and the Better Business Bureau as the registry found them on the dates shown. Closo does not add them to its own score; the score counts only facts it checks itself.

I recently used Linkedin to post a role, with a 'cap' of £500 to advertise the role. Throughout Linkedin's pages it explicitly states that advert spend would not go beyond this amount. On reaching the cap, the role paused. However, I then received two invoices, one for £500 once the role paused, and then another of around £87. As the role was posted with our company name, I contacted our account manager and he said that he couldn't help as it was a personal account. I then spoke with Linkedin's AI 'support service' who recommended I contacted someone using their 'contact us' page, only for the
Wish I could do a negative - *. Horrible website, horrible support and countless ads (phishing ads). Completely disturbing and can't believe intelligent IT professionals use this site. Completely disturbing and not secure. Support is 0 and folks will try to upsell you whilst looking for a job - who does that. This is trash.
I absoloutely detest their support system terribly designed and impossible to reach someone its as if it doesnt even exist.
I received a DM from LinkedIn saying I got a free trial: "We'd like to offer you a 1-month free trial."
I went to the link in the message, but the checkout page tried to charge me.
It seems like a scam.
My wife lost her job and as part of her job search utilized the free month of linkedin premium. Fortunately she found a new job, however, it was a few days after the free trial ran out. When she called to cancel they refused to refund her cost and wouldn't consider prorating and giving a partial refund. Linkedin is a joke, don't waste your money and time. None of the resources on Linkedin led to her new job, she found her new job on the company's job board,
It's even getting worse. Linkedin asks you to verify every 10 days, and then when you want to do so, Persona verification link tells you that you already submitted a request and can't verify again. So you are blocked to enter your Linkedin and business page and no support will help you. Congratulations on ruining a once wonderful business page.

The BBB grades how a company answers complaints and how long it has been in business; it does not test the goods. A rating alone is not a verdict.
