I purchased a kitchen cart for $150. When I arrived to pick it up the box was trashed. Owner AMY assured me that her and her husband looked at it and it was "fine." After unpacking the parts it was missing ALL the hardware and instructions. I called and spoke with Amy who told me to call the manufacture for the parts. After unsuccessfully finding parts for a discontinued item I brought the boards back to Lake County Liquidators and asked for a refund which was denied. I was never given a receipt and paid in cash.
