The shipping fees are very high. Eg. $50 per item. They say they will combine shipping with multiple winning bids, but that statement is very misleading. Buyer beware, only bid on small items because if you win bids on larger items like furniture or framed artwork and then win on a 5 inch piece of pottery or jewelry, you will be told you need to use a third party shipper to ship all your items which realistically end up costing hundreds of dollars......then even if you want your small item shipped to you that you paid for, they will not break up the lot and ship it to you separately even if it
Great experiences with this auction house from purchase to delivery...Jeff & Aaron are simply amazing! I highly recommend buying or selling thru them....they really take care like you are part of their auction family!!!! I went to pick up my winning bid without giving Lion and Unicorn prior notice as I always do with any auction house. My fault. But instead of having me wait till the item was located, they offered to mail the item free of charge. It arrived the next day by FedEx in the most professionally and eco-friendly package that cost more than what I paid for the item. I know they lost money in order to satisfy a customer. Their level of customer service is rare and heart-warming. Pretty awesome people.
