I purchased a wall oven on February ******* that was represented as new and covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. After professional installation by a licensed installer, the unit would not power on. A manufacturer technician identified an internal defect. The retailer is not an authorized reseller (confirmed by the manufacturer) which voided the warranty, and Liquidation Land is refusing a refund for the defective product and only providing a store credit. They originally offered a refund and have gone back on their word.
We take customer concerns seriously and always strive to resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
At the time of purchase, the customer was informed of our store policy, which clearly states that all sales are final and refunds are not offered. Our policy provides store credit only. This policy is communicated to customers prior to completing their purchase.
