I’m very grateful and very happy with the merchandise
Everything are fantastic and I love all the beisbol hand bags too
Quality products and I always get my orders in a timely manner! I am proud to offer Montana West USA Products to my customers!
I really wanted to love this purse but …Terrible quality, terrible customer service, ugliest purse/ bag I’ve ever seen, feels like plastic, stiff and all bent up, awful experience- will not ever buy from them again. The pink plastic bag it came in was cute though. If they put more into there products and less into packaging maybe they would have a decent product!!!
I was missing 2 items from an order and reach out to Montana West via Facebook Messenger. Rubie reached out to the warehouse team and 5 days later the missing items arrived at my house. Very happy with the customer service, especially Rubie.
GREAT PRODUCT AND FAST SHIPPING
Since my husband found the Montana West website he has bought me 4 purses and I have to say I love these purses more then my Kate Spade purse!!! The designs, colors, styles, and the fact they are concealed carry purses make a huge difference for me. The comfort of the strap on the shoulder or forearm are fantastic! The leather is beautifully designed and now jewelry!! I mean come on! How do you get better then gorgeous purses and jewelry. I will not ever spend $800 on a purse again u less Montana West makes one I love. So I am converted from Kate Spade, Vera Bradley, and Coach to Montana West.
