My experience with Poshmark Support has been frustrating, particularly with how disputes, sizing, and reviews are handled.
I recently purchased boots where the listing title/size field described them as a size 9, while the description stated the actual size was unknown and that they fit approximately a women’s 9. The boots did not fit me. What frustrated me was the reliance on size comparisons rather than the actual information presented in the listing. Sizing varies between brands and styles, so comparisons don’t necessarily establish whether an item was accurately represented.

Poshmark stole my money. I transferred my money $135 to my bank account and it says in process for over two weeks which should've went through in 1-3 business days. I contacted them in three different support chats and they are ignorning me. DONT TRUST POSHMARK SCAMMERS
I am a seller and have sold over 100 items. I take great pride in selling items in mint condition and describe them honestly. I sold a pair of "The Salting" linen shorts that were in very good condition. I had many photos of the linen shorts on my page. The buyer chose to return them and poshmark agreed without viewing the item themselves. It was sent back DAMAGED! missing the signature rope that is The Salting signature . I cannot re-sell or even wear them now and poshmark for my "trouble" sent me a $10 credit!! DO NOT SHOP/ SELL HERE THERE ARE NO PROTECTIONS!!
If I could rate a 0 I would do not sell or buy on here they are awful in so many ways
Poshmark has double standards way too often. I had a post removed because it was an eye shadow pallet and I swatched one of rhe shadows. They removed my post because it wasn't brand new. Meanwhile they allow sellers to sell USED lipsticks, half bottles of fragrance etc. Ibtroed to report this and they keep ignoring me. They target some sellers but let others sell whatever they want!!
I made a purchase with no experience using Poshmark and the item I received was counterfeit. I wanted to return the item but I had nicked the dust bag when I opened the bag that it was shipped in. So I felt that I couldn't send it back in good conscience.
